...thanks to the workshop i just attended, past 2 days my mind has been 'disturbed' very much..
I am kind of inspired to embark on my personal project on how I can leverage technology to help me achieve my dream..
you know..
i've been wanting to write a book on my own.. and also have my personal website that brings value to the people to visit my sites...
and through doing all these, i hope that it can generate steady stream of income, which is known as passive income..
hi, frenz..
take a look at this site ...www.elance.com
i just found out about this website from Wealth Academy workshop that I attended..
initially i thought that i have to be good at writing to be able to write a book... do you think so???
the answer is NO....
coz, in today's world, you can always engage what we call as GHOST writer and pay some fee and get the job done...see picture below

During Wealth Academy Workshop..Adam used this guy Nick Vujicic as a good example of determination...

if you are the type of person who are always full of excuses, you should take a look at this guy.. you will know that you have no right to complain!!

Hooahh..
i just finished my workshop for the past 3.5 days..
really overwhelmed with this workshop, called Wealth Academy Workshop, organized by Adam Khoo Learning Tech Group..

i find this workshop eye opening... it somehow helped me to be more aware about myself, about my financial state.

I learnt how to create multiple source income ..

I also learnt how to achieve financial freedom..
but unlike the books that I have read, he defined financial freedom in a more interesting way.

He mentioned that financial freedom is achieved when your passive income exceeds your monthly expense to maintain your lifestyle... when that happens, Wealth becomes infinity...
ask me if you want to know more... ;)

I also learnt of how to make my asset work harder for me..so we learnt about different investment vehicles...
interesting, tiring, boring, ... all the mixed feeling when we went through different parts of investing...

throughout the 3.5 days of workshop, we played the Millionaire Challenge Game... the aim of the game was to achieve the highest Net Worth.. there were a total of >70 participants in the workshop...
the Top 10 would be awarded prize money..and guess what..
I came up no.7 or 8 (i forgot) ..wwoooohoooo...
I couldn't believe it, man.. I thot it didn't work for me, man..

I was kinda shocked when I heard that past batch's winner reached total Net Worth of 4 million....wWoW.. how could it be possible? while, my networth at that time was about 600k only..hmm.mmm..
so i was thinking, there must be some strategy that I must change, to achieve such..
in the end, I managed to achieve 1.9 million... wahaha.. as I decided to buy more properties towards the end.

the workshop has ended...and now I am equipped with knowledge to change my financial life.. i gotta start working on some action plans from the workshop...
I will do my besstt!

2 nights ago, i went to attend a free workshop on Wealth by Adam Khoo..through 2 hour-workshop, I was really impressed with this guy... I think he is really great..at least he is a good teacher in that he made very good connection from one topic to another topic about wealth...
He believes strongly in the power of leveraging.. He said that he only earnt a few percent of the income (20%??, i think) generated by Adam Khoo Learning Tech Group, which is entirely run by his partner. In other words, he doesn't even run the company..but yet he could earn some percent...isn't that great??
hmmm... that's power of leveraging... so he could have time to run other businesses, which generate multiple income for him...
as a result, i decided to sign up for his Wealth Academy workshop..which will be held next Thur-Sun.. yayyy....look forward to ittt...

i was halfway eating my Gado Gado when this pic was taken.. :)

Last night, I went out dining with friends, Ane, Mel, Arry, and Aldo.. we went to this resto in Spore that not many people know probably..
it's called Little Bali..
the place was super cozy.. I always love the feeling of exotic Bali. oh, I miss Bali.. the last time I went there was like 11 years ago.. ohhh..
the ambience was perfect.. I have never experienced such ambience in Singapore... so you gotta try it out yourself...
I ate gado gado and tahu telor.. gado gado was ok, not as great as the one in Indo.. tahu telor was also ok.. not too fantastic..
so overall, the food was ok, not bad, not fantastic...
it's really the ambience and companionship that truly counted...
we forgot to bring playing cards..haha.. otherwise, we could have stayed there until midnite, probably...
